Hello! I’m Jess. I’m a UK qualified therapist/counsellor who specialises in working with anxiety, self-esteem and stress. Oh, and I also struggled for years with chronic anxiety. 

Throughout my teens and early 20’s, I experienced chronic anxiety. It got so bad that there were times where I was too anxious to leave my house. I dropped out of 6th form, struggled to keep friendships, relationships and always felt like my anxiety held me back. 

After spending years chasing every ‘what if’ thought spiral, trying every coping mechanism I could find, I felt like recovery from constant anxiety was impossible.

Fast-forward to now, I’m a qualified therapist helping people like you who struggle with anxiety to reclaim their life, take back control and let go of the fear and overwhelm. 

And I want to help you do the same…

6 Week Intensive Course

A 6 week online intensive course and community designed to help you better understand your anxiety, where its coming from and how to move through the overwhelm and fear. 

Learn

The first part of the course will focus on understanding and learning about your anxiety. 

Develop your knowledge, tap into your unconscious beliefs, fears and worries. We cannot grow from something we are unaware of. 

Reflect

Often with anxiety, we feel disconnected from our feelings. Shutting them off in order to feel less overwhelmed. 

With exercises and worksheets to reflect on your own experiences of anxiety, Embrace your Anxiety will allow you to safely and comfortably tap into your feelings and develop the skills to process these.  

Connect

Anxiety can be isolating, feeling like you’re the only person who feels like this.

Embrace your Anxiety will include an exclusive community of other course members, all supporting each other on their anxiety recovery journey. 

Nurture

At the end of the 6 week’s, the support from the course doesn’t end.

You will receive Lifetime access to the course, any future edits and ongoing support in the Embrace Your Anxiety Community.

  2. You don’t feel ready for change.
