Hi, I'm Jess.

I am a qualified UK-based counsellor who specialises in working with anxiety, low self-esteem and stress. I work by supporting you as you develop your self-understanding, help you identify your triggers and build your self-compassion and kindness. 

Anxiety is a feeling, an emotion, and a message. I specialise in supporting you to work with your anxiety rather than against it. To understand where it is coming from.  To be able to feel your emotions without them becoming overwhelming and needing to bottle them away. These are all changes my clients have been able to achieve.

Our online sessions will be conducted over Zoom. All you need is a stable internet connection/ mobile data, and a phone, laptop or tablet with a camera. 

Online counselling is a great, accessible option for clients who have a busy life and lots of commitments.

Sessions with me are 60 minutes long and my fee is £55 per session. 

I do not currently accept medical insurance. 

I understand how difficult it can be to balance your commitments, life and self-care. That is why I take a flexible approach to counselling. I offer a range of session times including evenings (until 7 pm) and Saturday morning appointments to fit in with your schedule.

Life is busy and that shouldn’t mean you miss out on receiving counselling. Whether you work shifts, a 9-5 or need sessions that fit around childcare, please get in touch.

(Please note – Evening’s and Saturday sessions are popular and sometimes I have a waitlist for these appointments). 

I understand that private counselling can be a big monthly expense. If you want to reach out but know due to your work commitments or financial constraints that weekly therapy isn’t possible, I do offer fortnightly sessions. Counselling and therapy should be accessible for all and I will always do my best to work with you and your current situation.

Please note, I currently have a full case load and cannot take on any new clients. The wait list for new clients is approximately 2-4 months, depending on our joint availability.
